Redmond TOD site sells for $2M, adding to new apartment plan

Winson is among several developers planning apartments near the future light rail station near Marymoor Park

An industrial building at 17445 N.E. 70th St. has sold for $2.1 million, according to King County records. The buyer was Winson Park 520 West LLC, which is associated with Winson Investment of Bellevue, owners of a 3.6-acre development site next door. A two-building apartment project is now planned there.
