About two years ago, Sound Transit began to gauge interest among developers for two surplus parcels it owns at Angle Lake Station. The City of SeaTac is now mulling a plan to buy and develop what the agency calls the North and South Transit Oriented Development sites. They're on facing sides of South 200th Street, and haven't yet changed hands. The city previously put out a request for a consultant to help prepare proposals; that position hasn't yet been filled, the city said.
