$9M sale for Shilla Tower triangle in Denny Triangle

This rendering, looking northeast, doesn’t show some of the many new towers rising along Denny and in SLU.

The triangular former Shilla restaurant site, at 2300 Eighth Ave., has sold for $9 million, according to King County records. The seller was an LLC related to North America Asset Management Group, which acquired the property in 2016 for about $8.3 million.
