Apartments set for Rainier Beach

SEATTLE — The owner of a currently residential property, at 4519 S. Henderson St., filed an early plan to redevelop with a mixed-use apartment building.

The plan from MBA architects and HHJ Architects, both of Tacoma, doesn't specify the number of units in a possibly six-story building with some retail/office space and underground parking. They say the property has split zoning. The commercial space could total 8,889 square feet.
