The planned Pixel apartments, at 15424 Bel-Red Road in Redmond, will have their next design review on Thursday, in a virtual presentation. Jensen Design Architects is designing the seven-story, 179-unit project, which will replace an old commercial building on the corner of Northeast 24th Street. The trapezoidal shape site is about a 12-minute walk north to Overlake Village Station, where light rail service will begin in 2023.
