57 Eastlake units face second design review

Cohen Properties and B9 Architects are planning to redevelop a midblock site at 2210 Eastlake Ave. E., now home to an old six-plex to be removed. There will be an administrative design review on Friday for the planned seven-story, 57-unit replacement building.
