Clise sells BioMed Realty full block near SLU for over $63M

BioMed Realty’s new acquisition is about a 12-minute walk to its Dexter Yard, where over 500,000 square feet of life science space is nearing completion.

In two related property sales, recorded by King County last week, BioMed Realty has paid Clise Properties over $63.4 million for a full city block at 200 Taylor Ave. N. and related addresses. The deal includes the vacant old Executive Inn at 200 Taylor, and four smaller properties to the east along Sixth Avenue North. The 1.8-acre block is also bounded by Thomas and John streets.
