181 units eyed for Shoreline site

SHORELINE — An old office building in Shoreline at 18551 Aurora Ave. N., soon to be removed, sold for $3.4 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was Shoreline Multifamily LLC, associated with Shea Properties, which is planning a seven-story, 181-unit apartment project — as the DJC first reported in March.
