Redmond corner fetches $10.2M, with 214 units in ‘stacked book' design coming

The vacant corner site of a once polluted Arco station, at 8009 164th Ave. N.E. in downtown Redmond, has sold for $10.2 million. The buyer was 8009 164th Owner LLC, which is associated with White Oak Realty Partners of Chicago. As the DJC first reported last summer, that company is planning an eight-story, 214-unit project, to be designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz.
