SeaTac hotel, apartment plan reemerges after 4-year hiatus

This view looks north, with the apartments (right) pushed to the quieter east side of the property.

A groundbreaking was announced four years ago for a hotel project at 17300 International Blvd., almost immediately east of the airport. Nothing has been built, though the old Jet Motel and Concourse Inn have been razed. A Hyatt Place and extended-stay Hyatt House were the old plan.
