KG buys Bellevue offices for $7.2M

By JOURNAL STAFF

BELLEVUE — Two old office buildings at 11661-11671 S.E. First St. sold for $7.2 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was Bellevue Development Westridge LLC, associated with KG Investment Properties, which hasn't filed any new plans for the property, but has been very active in that area of Wilburton.
