Second spec building leased in Bremerton
The Port of Bremerton announced that it has leased the second of two speculative industrial buildings to Allied Boats. Both are in the Port's Olympic View Industrial and Business Park. The Port further announced that it's contemplating the addition of about 180,000 more square feet in three separate projects with private developers. Port CEO Jim Rothlin said in a statement, “All of these projects coming is a testimony to the hard work staff have put in to create shovel-ready opportunities to create more jobs for our community.”
