The old Knickerbocker Building, at 2720 Eastlake Ave. E., is bound for redevelopment. The current owner had previously listed for sale the small office building on the corner of East Hamlin Street, where a new seven-story, 88-unit apartment building is planned. The listing has since disappeared, so it may be under contract.
