Tacoma building sells for $6M

TACOMA — A government-leased office building at 2606 S. 47th St. has sold for $5.9 million, according to Pierce County records. The seller was Rattlesnake Mountain Development, of Kennewick.

The buyer was an LLC associated with Boyd Watterson, of Chicago, a large investor and advisor of institutional funds
