96 West Seattle units head to design review

STS Construction and Atelier Drome Architecture have paired up for their fourth possible apartment project in West Seattle. The latest new plan, which enters design review in July, is to redevelop some old commercial buildings at 4448 California Ave. S.W. The midblock site is just north of the Junction commercial strip.
