76 U District SEDUs still in design review

The project is in the Greek Row area, just north of the UW campus.

The Sanctuary Lutheran Episcopal Campus Ministry, at 4521 19th Ave. N.E., is bound for demolition and redevelopment. The property sold in 2016 to a Mercer Island group for about $3.2 million. Architect d/Arch will have its second administrative design review next Friday for the proposed new apartment building.
