216 Kent units sell for $57M

KENT —Avana West Hill, at 24849 46th Ave. S. in Kent, sold for a little over $56.9 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Lake Fenwick Partners LLC, which acquired the property in 2015 for almost $32 million. It was then known as Lake Fenwick Estates.
