SRM pays $30M for Bellevue development site

The two neighboring sites might or might not be combined. The deal represents SRM’s second big land investment in Bellevue.

Through an LLC, SRM Development has paid $30 million for the old Silver Cloud Inn at 10621 N.E. 12th St., a little north of the downtown Bellevue core. Silver Cloud had owned the property for decades. King County recorded the sale on Tuesday.
