Trammell Crow may buy 1916 Boren and flip to office plan; Onelin may pivot to U District

If it acquires the south site, Trammell Crow could build roughly twice as much office or lab space as at its Boren Lofts.

Less than two months after selling the new Boren Lofts for $119 million, Trammell Crow is eying Onelin Capital's development site next door, at 1916 Boren Ave. in the Denny Triangle. CollinsWoerman just filed a plan on its behalf for a 10-story office building.
