Grand Central Block, now vacant, moves closer to MUP

The project is one of three renovation/addition jobs that Unico plans in Pioneer Square.

Last fall, the Pioneer Square Preservation District board approved the office renovation and expansion plan for the Grand Central block, at 200 First Ave. S. Earlier this week, the city issued a SEPA determination of non-significance for the project, which clears the path to a master use permit.
