SHA seeks contractor for one of final new buildings at Yesler Terrace

The project carries a value of about $40 million.

As part of the ongoing redevelopment of Yesler Terrace, Seattle Housing Authority has been selling off some sites to private developers, and keeping some to redevelop on its own. In the latter camp is 321 10th Ave S. , aka Block 6.6, which is on the southwest corner of the 30-acre campus, abutting Interstate 5.
