295 Northgate units move closer to MUP and land sale

This view looks southwest at the planned building, which will be west across Roosevelt from a QFC.

Intracorp has received a SEPA determination of non-significance for apartments planned at 11201 Roosevelt Way N.E. This clears that path to a master use for the project, which will be about a 20-minute walk southwest to Northgate Station, where light rail service begins in October.
