Northgate retail sells for $34.3M

SEATTLE — The Northgate Village retail center, which is north of the separately owned Northgate proper, has sold for $34.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller of the Big 5 Sporting Goods-anchored complex, at 830 N.E. Northgate Way, was S-F Northgate LLC. That California and Oregon investor group acquired the property in 2003 for over $17.6 million.
