Kilroy paying $47M for SRO's land under Key Center tower in Bellevue

In this view, looking northeast, Key Center is right (east) of the old bowling and movie complex that SRO previously sold to Onni Group.

Back in 2011, Kilroy Realty paid about $217 million for the Key Center office tower, at 601 108th Ave. N.E. in downtown Bellevue. It owns the building, but not the land; that's about to change.
