SoDo cold storage trades for $22M

SEATTLE — Rainier Market Center, a cold storage facility at 3625 First Ave. S., sold for $22 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Rainier Market Owner LLC, which acquired the property in 2006 for about $4.1 million.
