48 Rainier Valley units set near rail

SEATTLE — Two undeveloped parcels at 3422 Claremont Ave. S. were recently acquired out of foreclosure by local investors. Now, with architect Benny Kim Design, there's a new apartment plan.

The proposed four-story building would have 48 SEDUs (small efficiency dwelling units) and no parking. The plan hasn't yet entered design review.
