Boeing sells Everett Bomarc building to Bosa for $35M

Boeing has sold a portion of its long-owned Bomarc facility, at 2600 94th St. S.W. in Everett, for $35 million, according to Snohomish County records. The buyer was Bosa Bomarc LLC, which is associated with Bosa Development. No new plans have been filed.

Brokers were not announced. The deal was worth about $76 per square foot for the huge building, which Boeing is now subleasing to tenants including XPO Logistics and Fibres International (a recycling center).
