Corner site on Dexter trades for over $10M, with 160 units planned

In addition to the Dexter project, Pastakia also has another apartment building planned on the east side of Lake Union.

As planned, Pastakia + Associates has purchased a corner site at 1405 Dexter Ave. N., where it's planning an eight-story, 160-unit apartment building. A master use permit was issued in March. King County recorded the sale earlier this week. The buyer of record was Dexter Borealis LLC, which paid over $10.2 million for the property. Stellar Flats may have been the working title for a project now dubbed Borealis.
