Su sells Brio in Bellevue to UDG for $170M

UDR now owns two neighboring apartment developments on both sides of 10th.

The fairly new Brio apartments, at 11130 N.E. 10th St., have sold for $170 million, according to King County records. The seller, via an LLC, was Su Development, which acquired the former Bloodworks property in 2016 for $14 million, then developed it.
