98 Capitol Hill units moving toward MUP

The prospective buyer of the City Market property, at 1722 Bellevue Ave. on Capitol Hill, is moving steadily toward a master use permit. The planned eight-story, 98-unit apartment building was favorably received at its last design review in March. Although another review seems likely, developer Juno has applied for its MUP.
