203 Rainier Valley units set for design review

This view looks northeast at the project, with two related apartment buildings eventually to follow to the east.

Kamiak Real Estate Partners is in the process of assembling about one and one-half blocks in the Rainier Valley, where around 600 apartments are planned within walking distance to the future Judkins Park Station. (Light rail service will begin there in 2023.) The general idea is three buildings, to be developed in phases, each occupying a half block.
