MainStreet plans 285 Totem Lake units

Back in April, prospective buyer MainStreet Property Group filed an early 150-unit apartment plan at 12707 120th Ave. N.E. in Totem Lake . That would replace a small old medical office building that's listed for sale by Kidder Mathews. The site has about 1 acre.

Immediately north, on a half-acre site, is another old medical building at 11919 N.E. 128th St., which isn't publicly listed for sale. There, for what the city of Kirkland now calls the Swift assemblage, MainStreet recently filed a 285-unit plan.
