Belltown landmark trades for over $4M

The hostel appears to be closed, while the building looks to be in good shape.

The landmarked William Tell building, at 2327 Second Ave. in Belltown, has sold for just under $4.4 million, according to King County records. The seller was William Tell Investors LLC, associated with Gibraltar's Kurt Fisher and Gerry Pigotti, which acquired the property in 2008 for $3.1 million.
