14 units planned for Madison Park

SEATTLE — For the two owners of two Madison Park parcels, both steps from the beach, there's a new four-story, 14-unit plan at 2043 43rd Ave. E.

It's unclear if the units would be rentals or condominiums. Miller Hayashi Architects filed the plan, which includes 17 underground parking stalls. It's listed with a nominal value of $3.3 million.
