There were two recent promotions at Evergreen Home Loans, the company announced. Don Zender and Todd Miles are now both executive vice presidents in the Bellevue office of the direct home lender. Zender said in a statement, “For over three decades, I've witnessed amazing growth and innovation at Evergreen. We're well positioned to leverage our digital expertise and enhanced services to help our loan officers, real estate professionals, and customers.” Evergreen operates in six states along the West Coast and inland.
