45 Capitol Hill units trade for $18M

A newly apartment building at 323 Bellevue Ave. E. has sold for almost $17.9 million, according to King County records. The seller was 323 Sekund LLC, associated with Vekst Development, which served as its own general contractor for the six-story, 45-unit project it had dubbed Oslo. (That name may or may not change.)
