Apartment plans have been reduced in height for the redevelopment of the Columbia Bank corner at 10350 N.E. 10th St. in downtown Bellevue. Instead of the previous 16-story, 121-unit plan, Runberg Architecture Group recently filed an eight-story, 102-unit proposal, which is now in design review with the city.
