Final design ready for 47 Capitol Hill units

This view looks roughly east at the planned Taxus House, which is a few steps north of Madison.

Today marks the second and likely final design review for a five-story, 47-unit apartment plan at 102 21st Ave. E. (aka 2100 E. Denny Way). HyBrid Architecture is designing what owner Great Expectations LLC calls Taxus House. Today's meeting will be administrative only, with no public Web link for viewing.
