Alexandria pours another $32M into Bothell

    This is the east of two companion buildings that join Alexandria’s growing life science cluster.

    Alexandria Real Estate continues its massive surge into Bothell. Snohomish County recently recorded the $32 million sale of the Canyon Park 228 Corporate Center, at 22722 and 22745 29th Drive S.E. The seller was Canyon Park 228 LLC, associated with MIG Real Estate, which acquired the property in 2012 for $16 million. Alexandria also used an LLC in its purchase.
