247 Kent units sell for over $46M

KENT — The Haven Apartments, at 25426 98th Ave. S. in Kent, sold for just under $46.5 million, according to King County records.

The sellers were Gelt Row LLC and partners, associated with FPA Multifamily, which acquired the property in 2018 for $39 million. It was then known as The Row.
