34 Ballard units polish design

The owner has sold past projects, with permits, to builders; this one could go that direction, too.

Friday will be the next administrative design review for a small Ballard apartment building planned for the corner at 849 N.W. Market St. Workshop AD is designing the four-story, 34-unit project. ANR Landscape Design and Earth Solutions NW are now also on the team.
