Oaktree cashes out of Suncadia, with Lowe still running the resort

Pictured is the Lodge at Suncadia, which mostly contains individually owned condos; those did not sell.

Suncadia went on the market last fall, with JLL representing the owners, Lowe and Oaktree Capital Management. The broker now says that Oaktree has sold its stake, via funds it manages. (Oaktree had invested an undisclosed amount in Suncadia in 2012.) The recent sales price wasn't specified for the very large property at and around 3600 Suncadia Trail near Cle Elum, east of the Cascade Mountains.
