GLY to lose Bellevue home, will build replacement tower for Columbia Pacific

Columbia Pacific Advisors is planning a 16-story office tower at 200 112th Ave. N.E., just east of downtown Bellevue, and a few steps north of East Main Station, where light rail service will begin in 2023.
