Capstone dials in design for 252 Dexter units

Capstone Partners had once planned a new office building on its corner site at 1115 Dexter Ave. N., at Highland Drive, which would've been a kind of north companion project to its Facebook-leased Dexter Station. But Facebook instead opted to expand in South Lake Union (this was well before its recent surge to the Spring District), so Capstone instead began planning apartments about four years ago. Weber Thompson was then its architect for a seven-story, 178-unit project.
