Helly Hansen takes 274,000 sf in Sumner

Building 4 is part of a larger development expected to have well over 2 million square feet.

Tarragon announced that Helly Hansen, a current tenant at its SeaPORT Logistics Center in Sumner, will move to a larger new building there. The outdoor retailer will move from Building A to the planned Building 4, at 14585 Stewart Road. It will take 274,000 square feet, which leaves another 170,000 square feet for other future tenants.
