200 Tacoma units, at Point Ruston, trade for over $85M

Village on Main is only one part of the much larger development, which is still proceeding in phases.

JLL announced that it brokered the sale last week of the Village on Main, a mixed-use apartment building at 5020 Main St. that's part of the larger 97-acre redevelopment of Point Ruston. Pierce County recorded the sale on Thursday.
