UW pays over $9M for Bothell offices

BOTHELL — An office building at 10909 N.E. 185th St. in Bothell sold for a little under $9.4 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was Board of Regents for the University of Washington. The UW already occupies the building, known as Husky Hall. It's now home to the admissions office and commuter services. No new plans have been filed for the roughly 2.7-acre property.
