Courtney Jolicoeur has been elevated to CFO at Unico Properties, the firm recently announced. She's been with the company for about five years. CEO Quentin Kuhrau said in a statement, “Courtney's impressive leadership has facilitated the success and growth of her teams at Unico, She will bring a unique perspective to our leadership team, as we continue to grow. I am pleased to recognize her vision, strategic thinking and professional commitment.” Jolicoeur also teaches at the U.W.'s Runstad Department of Real Estate.
