DESC pays over $5M for Aurora Ave. site

  • Plans call for a six-story building with 95 supportive units.

    The project won’t extend all the way south to 49th, where a large telecom tower is permanently located.

    A future development site at 4905 Aurora Ave. N. has sold for nearly $5.4 million, according to King County records. The buyer was DESC Woodland LLLP, which is associated with Downtown Emergency Service Center. The property is immediately south of Woodland Park.
