DESC plans 95 supportive housing units in Burien

The proposed new building would be walkable to Burien Transit Center.

On a Burien property it doesn't yet own, Downtown Emergency Service Center is planning a permanent supportive housing project at 801 S.W. 150th St. That's now the site of an old office building, Burien Professional Center, on the corner of Southwest 150th Street. The location is about a five-minute walk west from Burien Town Square, where the city has been encouraging more development. Burien Transit Center is slightly farther east.
